Where to write

Support, billing, privacy requests and security reports all go to the same address. On weekdays we try to reply the same day; that’s not a service-level commitment, just how we work.

What helps us help you

Your workspace name and, if there is one, the issue key (e.g. API-14).
Which tool you use: Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.
What you expected versus what happened, in one sentence.

Don’t send tokens, passwords or API keys. If needed, revoke the token in the app first, then write to us.

Security reports

If you’ve found a vulnerability, put “security” in the subject line. Details are on the security page.
