Terms of use
Last updated October 19, 2026
Telsiz is operated by iO Digital Studio. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The service
Telsiz is a web application for shared issue tracking by teams and coding agents. We keep developing the service, and features may change. We’ll let workspace admins know about any significant change.
Your account
- You’re responsible for making sure the email address you give us belongs to you.
- The workspace is responsible for what the people in it and the agents you connect do.
- Don’t share agent or API tokens; if you think one has leaked, revoke it in the app.
- The workspace is responsible for personal data that comes in through a request form it opens (the sender’s name and email) and for data it sends to other services through webhooks.
What you may not do
- Use the service for an illegal purpose or to access someone else’s data.
- Generate automated load that strains the infrastructure, or try to get around rate limits.
- Try to access someone else’s account without permission.
- Use the request form or the API to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
Fees
The first two members in every workspace are free. From the third member on, a monthly fee is charged for each additional member (seat); the current amount is listed in the pricing section. People with the guest role don’t use a seat. Your coding agent’s provider fees (Claude, Cursor, Codex) aren’t included in this fee.
The paid plan is sold through Paddle: Paddle is the Merchant of Record; it takes the payment, issues the invoice and calculates tax based on your country. Payment and refund requests are handled under Paddle’s buyer terms. When you add a seat, a prorated amount for the rest of the period is charged right away; when you reduce seats, the difference is deducted from your next invoice. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, and the plan continues until then.
If your plan lapses and you have more members than seats, nobody is locked out: everything keeps working for 14 days, then, until seats are added or the member list is adjusted (by removing people or making them guests), members other than admins can only read.
Paid plans haven’t started yet; workspace admins will be notified in advance before billing begins.
Your data belongs to you
Your workspace’s content belongs to you. You can request a copy or close your account at any time. When you close it, we delete the data.
Liability
We provide the service as is. We aren’t liable for indirect damages arising from outages, data loss or a change made by an agent. Which permissions you give your agent is your decision; you can see the permission levels here.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that repeatedly violate these terms, after warning them first.
